In 2003, she shifted her focus to the field of education and held multiple roles in Arlington Public Schools which included Truancy Specialist, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Coordinator, Diversity Trainer, and currently works as a Coordinator at the Arlington Career Center’s Academy, an alternative program, which serves students who need a smaller environment than the comprehensive high school can offer.

In 2004, she established Latinas Leading Tomorrow (LLT) as an after-school program, which in 2012, became a Latina serving non-profit organization that provides programming for high school and middle school girls.  She currently chairs the LLT Executive Board. Among her achievements, Mrs. Frazier is a fellow of The National Hispana Leadership Institute, an alumna of the Harvard JFK School Executive Education Leadership Program and the Center for Creative Leadership. She has received multiple awards for her work within the Latino community and is an ardent advocate for equity and inclusion for all students.

She is the proud mother of one amazing young woman and the fervent mentor to many women who are doing wonderful things with their own careers. When she is not working, she enjoys time with her husband, trying new restaurants with her daughter, a good Netflix binge and playing with her two fur babies, Kibbles, and Truffles.  She daydreams of her native Puerto Rico’s beaches and loves a good Cafecito.
