Show Notes

**A BONUS EPISODE in memory of grandmas and all grandparents who have transitioned.**  On August 12, 2021, my paternal grandmother, Lucille Walker passed away.  I had the honor of reciting an original poem at her homegoing services and I invite you to remember those you've loved and lost.

Less than 4 minutes long, my prayer is that one or two of the words bring a smile to you in memory of!

Enjoy - And super great news.  Keep an eye out for my book #2 this year, which will be 44 letters and poems to help shift you to your best you.  I cannot wait!
